Refund & Returns Policy
At Avion BioLabs, we take product integrity, storage conditions, and customer safety seriously. Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, we are unable to accept returns or restock items once they have been dispatched, opened, unsealed, handled, or removed from our controlled supply process.
Research products, peptides, sterile items, vials, liquids, and associated laboratory materials cannot be resold once they have left our possession. This policy is in place to protect product integrity, traceability, hygiene, and safety standards.
Research Use Only
All products sold by Avion BioLabs are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or veterinary use.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the research-only nature of the products and accept responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and use.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to a courier, it cannot usually be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights.
Returns
For reasons of product integrity, health, hygiene, traceability, and safety, we do not accept returns of peptides, research materials, sterile products, sealed products, temperature-sensitive products, or related laboratory items once they have been dispatched.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Peptides
Research compounds
Sterile or sealed items
Reconstitution products
Vials
Laboratory materials
Temperature-sensitive products
Items that have been opened, unsealed, handled, stored, or used
Returned products cannot be verified for storage conditions, handling, tampering, contamination, or chain of custody. For this reason, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
Your order number
Your full name
A clear description of the issue
Photographs of the product, packaging, label, and shipping box
Any relevant batch or lot number
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
Please do not dispose of any product or packaging until we have completed our review, as we may require further information or evidence.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may need to investigate the issue with the courier before offering a replacement, refund, or other resolution. Delivery investigations may require reasonable time to complete.
Customer Error
We are unable to refund or replace orders where incorrect details were provided by the customer, including but not limited to:
Incorrect delivery address
Incorrect product ordered
Failure to collect a parcel
Missed delivery attempts
Improper storage after delivery
Change of mind after dispatch
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products may require specific storage conditions. Once delivered, the customer is responsible for storing products according to the instructions provided on the product label, product page, or supporting documentation.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds where products have been stored incorrectly after delivery.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the product has been opened, unsealed, used, tampered with, improperly stored, or where the issue is not supported by reasonable evidence.
