At Avion BioLabs, we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, securely, and discreetly.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched the next business day after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance, location, seasonal demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Next-Day Dispatch

We aim to dispatch eligible orders the next business day. Next-day dispatch means your order is prepared and handed to the courier on the next working day. It does not mean next-day delivery unless a next-day delivery service has been selected and confirmed at checkout.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are packed securely and discreetly. External packaging will not display product names or unnecessary product information.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

Avion BioLabs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Missing or Lost Parcels

Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some products may require specific storage conditions. Customers are responsible for following any storage instructions provided on the product label, product page, or supporting documentation once the order has been delivered.

We cannot accept responsibility for products that are stored incorrectly after delivery.
